We saw thousands of icebergs on our way to get our first glimpse of the Antarctic Continent It was surreal to sail through the ice and breathtaking to see the Ice Continent for the first time as we passed through “Iceberg Alley”.

We visited an active Argentine base at Esperanza, which is Hope in Spanish. A combination of scientists and military families live here year round. There were over 20 children who went to our ship for fun, while we visited their community.
